Guidde has a free plan and two self-serve paid plans, priced per creator: Pro at $29 a month ($19 billed yearly) and Business at $59 a month ($39 billed yearly). Enterprise is priced on request. People who only watch are free.

What to watch for
- AI voices start on Business
- On Free and Pro you record or upload your own voiceover. Unlimited text-to-voice is a Business feature.
- Premium voices cost extra
- The bigger voice library is an add-on on Business: $29 per user a month, or $19 on annual plans, with 60 voice minutes per paid user a month.
- The trial can't export MP4s
- The 7-day Business trial needs no card, but features such as MP4 export require an active paid subscription. Afterward you drop to Free and can edit only your last 25 videos.
- Annual plans are harder to shrink
- Reducing seats or moving back to monthly billing means contacting support, and Guidde doesn't refund unused time.
Guidde and SayScreen on price
Guidde needs someone to click through each workflow, and charges per person who does. SayScreen's AI does the clicking, and an AI voice is always included: $1 for your first 7 days, then $29 a month for 30 videos, up to 10 minutes each. If you want a written guide with every video, or need to capture desktop apps, Guidde is the better fit: SayScreen makes videos only, of web apps only.

Per creator. Admins, Content Managers and Creators take paid seats; viewers don't. Business stops at 5 creators, and beyond that you'd need Enterprise.
Business adds AI text-to-voice, desktop app capture, documents to video, interactive demos and analytics. If you're fine recording your own voice in a browser, Pro covers the rest.
